House Rules
-The use of socks is mandatory for everyone for hygiene and safety reasons!
- Nylon stockings are not considered socks. (They are more slippery and less hygienic)
-Accompanying adults must also stay in the playhouse without shoes, wearing socks.
-It is not allowed to bring food or drinks into the play area or consume them there!
-We kindly ask our Guests to place bags larger than 20*30 cm in the lockers!
-Consuming alcohol and smoking is strictly prohibited on the playhouse premises!
-The playhouse may not be visited by anyone (adult or child) with an infectious disease.
-Everyone uses the playhouse at their own risk.
-We accept no liability for accidents!
-Slides must be used exclusively in a sitting position; standing, jumping, or climbing back up on them is strictly prohibited!
-No objects may be taken onto the play equipment.
-Hanging or climbing on the netting is not allowed.
-Strollers can be pushed as far as the reception but cannot be taken into the play area.
-Please do not take toys from the baby corner into the main play area.
-We take no responsibility for valuables left unattended on the playhouse premises!
-Damaging the toys and equipment is prohibited; the accompanying adult bears financial responsibility for any damage caused.
-It is forbidden to take onto the play equipment: sharp objects (scissors, knives, etc.), wristwatches, jewelry, or small toys!
-Unacceptable behavior: roughness, fighting, endangering others, or aggressive behavior towards children or adults will result in exclusion from the playhouse.
-During playtime, photographs may be taken in the playhouse, which Happy Bunny Playhouse may use for its own promotional purposes (e.g., website, Facebook). If you do not consent to this, please notify us in advance!
-Please maintain cleanliness!
-Please follow the requests and instructions of the staff!
-In case of any problem, the staff at the counter will provide assistance and information.
-A maximum of 50 people can be in the playhouse at the same time.
-By entering the play area / starting the playtime, our guests express and acknowledge their acceptance of these House Rules.
